I apologize, but I don't have another idea. Perhaps someone else will. Sorry.

That's the incoming email server name. The outgoing server name should be smtp.mail.yahoo.com with port 465 or 587 and SSL/TLS encryption. No wonder your mail doesn't send.

You should also be able to use smtp.mail.att.net

Do you have two-factor authentication enabled for the mailbox? If you open the progress report under Send/Receive>Show Progress, what does it show? Did you configure the IMAP account automatically or manually? What server name, port and encryption is configured for the outgoing server?

    bRIAN,

I do not have a current error message but the emails are usually just sitting in the outbox. The address with the problem is an att.net provider or yahoo. I have tried to repair the account through outlook and it will then sometimes work once.

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

When you try to send, do you get any error message? If so, please include it here exactly as it appears on your screen, but be sure to mask any real address that appears. Who is your mail provider? If you log into the mailbox with a web browser, can you send messages?
