PUBLISHER DEFAULT SETTINGS

Currently, when I click 'Save As Picture', the default format selected is PNG. I would like to make the default JPEG. How do I change defaults please?

Publisher does not provide a setting to change the default file format used by Save as Picture. Each time Save as Picture is used, the desired format (for example, JPEG/JPG instead of PNG) must be selected manually in the Save as type list.

To save as JPEG when needed:

1. Right-click the picture.
2. Select Save as Picture.
3. In Save as type, choose JPEG.
4. Choose the file name and location, then select Save.

There is no documented way to make JPEG the permanent default instead of PNG.
