Hello Kerem Çakar,
Thank you for reaching out. Since it was working before, it's possible a recent driver or Windows update affected the device recognition. One thing you can try on the Windows side:
- Open Device Manager
- Right-click the "rdamicro" device
- Select Uninstall device (check "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" if available)
- Unplug the controller, restart your PC, and plug it back in to let Windows re-detect it fresh
If that doesn't resolve it — the DualShock 4 is a Sony PlayStation controller and the "rdamicro" chip is a third-party component, so further driver troubleshooting falls outside the scope of Microsoft Q&A, which covers Windows and Microsoft products. Communities like r/DS4Windows or r/pcgaming would be more equipped to help.
