Cannot load a usb twain scanner

Cannot load a usb twain scanner. It worked on my win 10 box. on Win 11 the USB hubs register the mfp as unknown device. Help?

    What is the make and model of the scanner? You said it's an MFP device. Does it work for printing?

    Have you looked at the manufacturers web site for a driver? If not, start there.

    If all else fails you might try Microsoft's Windows Scan utility. It works with many scanners though if the device is not recognized at all it will likely also fail.
