    Hi!

    See the article below:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/unlicensed-product-and-activation-errors-in-office-0d23d3c0-c19c-4b2f-9845-5344fedc4380

Additional information: If you have more than one version of Microsoft Office (or Microsoft 365) installed, it may cause a license conflict. See the step-by-step instructions below:

NOTE: You must have an active Office or Microsoft 365 license to use Excel and other apps. If you do not have a license, you must purchase one.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365

    1. Open Windows Settings (Windows + I) > Apps > Installed Apps > Look for Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. If you have more than one version of Office, uninstall all versions by clicking ●●● > Uninstall.
    2. Restart your computer.
    3. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services > Sign in with your Microsoft account > Expand Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Office > Install Desktop apps... > Wait for the app to download and install.
    4. Open Word or Excel, and sign in with your Microsoft account to validate your license.
