For Windows 10 “Phone Link” (connecting an Android or iPhone to a PC), full remote control of the phone from the PC is not supported in the provided information.

With Phone Link and calling integration, the PC can:

• Make and receive phone calls using the PC interface.
• Mute calls from the PC or from the Android device, with some limitations:
  • When a call is started on the PC and transferred to Android, muting is only possible from the phone.
  • If a call is already in progress on Android, it cannot be muted from the PC.

This is call control only, not full remote control of the phone (screen, apps, etc.).
