still getting windows 11 preview update

Hello
i have opted out of windows insider program a month ago but i am still getting the windows 11 preview. I dont want to do a clean installation , can anyone suggest an easier alternative........

    Try this and see if it helps. Go to Start , then select Settings > Privacy & security > Diagnostics & feedback and turn off Optional Diagnostic Data.

    Hi there,

    Is it the update to the insider version or Windows 11 stable version?

    Try turning off the TPM

    Disable Windows 10 Diagnostics and Feedback
    “Windows Key + S” and type “privacy” and click on “Privacy settings“. On the left side, click on “Diagnostics & feedback” then scroll down to the “Delete diagnostic data” section and press the “Delete” button there.
