None of the resources I am being pointed to are helping me solve my problem. The Customer Service email address provided on the Microsoft website doesn’t work. How do I get to speak to, email or get on Chat with a human being at Microsoft?

Simply put: You cannot. Microsoft employees do not support individual customers, and it isn't hard to understand why when you consider that more than a billion people all over the world are using Microsoft products. At the same time there are thousands of resources available for help with Microsoft software - including this forum. Microsoft hires a limited number of outside contractors to take phone calls from people who truly have no other source of assistance, but they aren't easy to reach given their limited numbers.
