    We ran into this issue also. If you are unable to uninstall KB5083769, there is a workaround that will allow AutoCAD to start.

    Just disable and stop the BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) service on the affected computer. You may also need to restart the PC if you cannot manually stop BITS.

    (You will also need to re-enable BITS once Microsoft fixes this.)
