Microsoft office renewal issue

I have paid for a renewal in November 25 but it wont let me use any features

Typically this is due to multiple accounts, where the subscription is on another account.

Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services page.

Let me know if you see an active subscription.

If so, please verify the same account is logged in into Microsoft office apps in File > Accounts.
