CoPilot agent problems.

Question

I have issue with a copilot agent, I'm using it to screen some documents and return Report of findings. the report is a locked template with the titles and extracted data from scanned PDF's. I uploaded JSON file with all instructions and asked the bot to lock them as well as the word template. Every day it will go wrong, imaginary template, wrong information and no adherence to these policies. How can enforce these rules for them to stay the same each day? I have configured the agent but it still wont do what it meant to. I have to ask the questions or direct it every day reminding these policies. Is there a command that it will reupload all policies and templates?
