Issue not resolved

Received phone call from technical support Wednesday night. Purnima told me she would send me an email to contact her if the issue wasn't resolved. I did not receive one. I had to recover my account for the 3rd time today. I need to speak to someone again. Online suggestions haven't helped.

    First, please double check your junk/spam folder to see if the message went there. If it has not then you may want to start an online chat via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us. As you've already had previous contact with them they should be able to pick up where you left off.
