Emails have not been received for some weeks on our current email address. We signed in on another Microsoft account. We need to access these emails.

    Are you able to send emails?

    What is the exact error message the sender receiveshttps://outlook.live.com/ when you try to email to your account? Send a test email from another account to the affected email address.

    Check whether you receive any bounce-back error message or see if the email gets stuck in the Outbox. You can then share the error message with us here.

    In addition to this,

    1. Check if you have enough storage space to send or receive emails.

    On the https://outlook.live.com/ website, go to Settings > Accounts > Storage.

    1. Check if your emails are ending up in the Junk or SPAM email folders.

    Use the Outlook search bar to find the emails. They may have ended up in a different folder.

    1. Check email forwarding rules to see if the emails are not forwarded to another address.

    Go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding & IMAP.

    If your emails are forwarded to another address, click Do not forward.

    1. Also check the email rules by going into Settings > Mail > Rules.

    If there is any rule that automatically moves all of your inbox emails to another folder, delete that rule.
