Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

Are you able to send emails?
What is the exact error message the sender receiveshttps://outlook.live.com/ when you try to email to your account? Send a test email from another account to the affected email address.
Check whether you receive any bounce-back error message or see if the email gets stuck in the Outbox. You can then share the error message with us here.
In addition to this,
- Check if you have enough storage space to send or receive emails.
On the https://outlook.live.com/ website, go to Settings > Accounts > Storage.
- Check if your emails are ending up in the Junk or SPAM email folders.
Use the Outlook search bar to find the emails. They may have ended up in a different folder.
- Check email forwarding rules to see if the emails are not forwarded to another address.
Go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding & IMAP.
If your emails are forwarded to another address, click Do not forward.
- Also check the email rules by going into Settings > Mail > Rules.
If there is any rule that automatically moves all of your inbox emails to another folder, delete that rule.
