May I know what error you encountered when you tried to install Teams? Try using the APK file:

Follow these steps to install Microsoft Teams on an Android phone:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on the Android phone.
2. In the search bar, type "Microsoft Teams".
3. In the search results, select Microsoft Teams.
4. Tap Install and wait for the download and installation to complete.
5. When finished, tap Open and sign in with a Microsoft account (for example, for Microsoft Teams Free or work/school).

If Teams was previously installed from the Xiaomi GetApps store or a third‑party APK site (such as APKMirror or Aptoide) and is failing to update or install correctly:

1. Uninstall the existing Teams app from the device completely.
2. Open the Xiaomi GetApps store.
3. Search for Teams.
4. Select the Teams app that shows the new badge.
5. Install it, then open it and sign in.
