Can you tell me what your printer's brand and model is? I think you might need to reinstall the printer, with the manufacturer driver, specifically on this computer.

Whenever I try to print from my Windows 11 PC, I get an error message saying "Printer needs Intervention" yet I can print from my Iphone and Ipad so I know the printer works. I have tried restarting the print spool and turned power off the printer and then the document prints. I have printed test pages successfully, not documents or PDF.
