I have a MS365 Family subscription. I also have two (2) email addresses on my account. Those email addresses are "@outlook.com" and "@icloud.com." I normally use the icloud.com address. As I attempt to share my MS365 subscription the icloud.com email shows that I do not have a subscription. However, for some reason the system doesn't allow me to share the subscription under the outlook.com account. I am confused and could use some help. Can you help me?

    Hi Joe,

Did you buy the subscription from the Apple Store or direct from Microsoft Store?

On the Services page you mentioned, there is no subscription active with Outlook address, correct?

I am eager to hear back from you to find a solution.

When I go to "To resolve and share the subscription:

    1. Identify the subscription owner account
      1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services
      2. Sign in first with the outlook.com address.
      3. Check whether Microsoft 365 Family appears and whether there is a Share or Share subscription / Start sharing button.

per the instructions, I am already signed in with my icloud.com address -> b. above is not an option. What do I do?
