I’m having trouble with Microsoft Word on my Mac. First, the shortcut Cmd + P to print isn't responding at all. Second, when I try to export the document manually as a PDF using the "Best for printing" option, I get an error saying the document could not be saved (as shown in the attached screenshot). Does anyone know how to fix this?

Does the issue persist with a Blank document if you create? This verifies if the document has an issue, something like a character in a document which PDF format does not support.

This issue persists across all Word documents, including blank ones. Also, the 'Open and Repair' option is not available in the Mac version of Word. It seems to be a system-wide or application issue rather than a specific file problem.

The repair option is just alonside the open button.
Did you Reset the Printing system as well?

Apple menu --> System Preferences --> Printers & Scanners --> hold the Ctrl key and clicking on the white space dropped “Reset printing system”
