mail upload problem

Unfortunately, I'm having trouble uploading images. And it's a very minor problem. Why is uploading images such a problem? When I upload one, delete it, and then try to upload it again, I have trouble. It's a very old problem these days.

    Are you using Outlook app (Classic or new outlook) or Outlook on the web (browser)?

    Does this happen with all images or only specific files?

    What exactly happens when you try to upload again? Do you see any error message or does it just not respond?
