I tried to logon to Outlook & 1st recovery tried to send code to an email account that I deleted from my Microsoft account. 2nd send to another email account I have on my Microsoft account & got that message! Entered the code twice with the same bs message. Ask for another code sent to that email account & surprise, surprise that code didn't work either, what are you doing at Microsoft?
