If the laptop shows power on the adapter but the laptop itself is completely unresponsive, you’re likely dealing with either a power path issue (battery/charging circuit) or a hardware fault. Keeping it plugged in a lot usually doesn’t kill it by itself, so don’t focus too much on that.
I recommend doing a hard reset first. This fixes a surprising number of “completely dead” cases.
Unplug the charger, hold the power button down for 30–60 seconds. Plug the charger back in. Try turning it on.
If that doesn't work, you need Lenovo support, not Windows support because it is not a software issue.
