Hi,

We have a Exchange hybrid setup in our environment. Will there be any issues or anything that we should consider of, before we activate DNSSEC for our mail/public domain?

    Well, its technically not supported in Exchange Online yet:

    You can verify that your hybrid connector supports EDNS which is required for DNSSEC:
    https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/O365ResolveSmarthost/input

    They are in development now, we could monitor this Microsoft 365 roadmap, if this function launched, we will could know from it.
