Hello,

As per the inserted image below, I have been charged $21 for copilot on Apr 22, 2026. I don't recall subscribing to the service or there maybe a mistake. I am requesting to cancel and reimburse me because i am not interested in using it. Thank you,

Mohammed Ghafour

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Kindly follow the guide on the official Microsoft website to investigate and locate the charge from Microsoft on this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you're able to find the transaction, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

You may also try contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance in tracking the transaction:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

If you and the Support Team are unable to find the transaction in all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly to dispute it, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered a fraudulent charge.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

The charge shown is consistent with a recurring Microsoft Copilot Pro subscription. To cancel it and request a refund, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Subscriptions/Services page for the Microsoft account that may have been used for this purchase: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with that account.
    2. Locate any Copilot Pro subscription in the list and select Manage.
    3. On the management page, select Cancel and follow the on‑screen steps to complete cancellation.
      • If the subscription is within the refund window for the country/region, a prorated refund will be issued automatically as part of the cancellation flow.
      • If the subscription is outside the refund window, turn off recurring billing so it is not charged again.
    4. If the charge does not appear under that Microsoft account, or if multiple accounts might exist, repeat the check with any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used.
    5. If the charge still cannot be identified or if cancellation/refund cannot be completed online, use the billing charge investigation tool:
      • Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard and select Investigate next to the unrecognized charge. This helps determine which subscription or product generated the charge and provides next steps.
    6. If the Copilot Pro subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store instead of directly from Microsoft, contact the respective store’s support to cancel and request a refund:
      • For Google Play purchases, see Learn about Google Play refund policies.
      • For Apple App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple support.

Refund eligibility for Copilot Pro depends on country/region:

    • In Canada, Denmark, Faroe Islands, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Israel, Korea, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Réunion, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Turkey, Wallis & Futuna: a prorated refund is available when the subscription is canceled at any time.
    • In all other countries/regions: a prorated refund is available when the subscription is canceled within 14 days of the initial purchase.

If charges continue after cancellation, verify the subscription end date on the Subscriptions page and confirm that the correct Microsoft account is being used. If the charge is still unexplained, investigate it from the Manage your payments page as described above.
