Task bar missing

After recent update. My task bar is missing and I received the VCRUNTIME140_APP.dll missing upon start up.

    Click the link below, to download the Visual C++ 2015 redistributables.

    Please Note, if you have an Intel or AMD processor, you must download and install both the x86 and x64 versions, do not try to install the ARM64 version unless you have a Snapdragon ARM processor:

    Then, restart (not shut down) your PC to apply the changes.

    If that process does not resolve the problem, most likely the taskbar problem is caused by the latest Windows update.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Windows Update - Update History.

    Scroll down to the bottom of that window and click 'Uninstall Updates.

    Then, uninstall the latest KB monthly update that was installed on your system.
