MFA Loop - Old device Lost

Hi , I'm in a MFA loop
I had trial subscription couple of years back and that time registered my mobile device for MFA testing.

And i have lost that device. Now when i try to login , its kind of loop
push notification goes to old device.

I have raised case approx. 3-4 weeks ago but not getting any response. I have sent numerous emails but still no response. Called at support, they escalated but still no response. Its going to be a month
Can anyone help to resolve this issue please ?

I also have case ID.

Hi Muhammad Atif ,

As discussed in private chat, please try logging in using the EXT (external) email account:

  1. Open an InPrivate/Incognito window and go to https://admin.cloud.microsoft.com
  2. Sign in with: EXT mail
  3. Use Forgot password, complete the CAPTCHA, and reset using the OTP sent to your email.
  4. After resetting, log in again with the same account and check if you can access the portal without MFA prompt.
