Appointment is not visible in Certification dashboard

Hi Team,

I have schedule the exam for AZ-400 on 22nd Oct 2021, but not able to view in my dashboard.
I also confirm with Pearson VUE and they have confirmed that exam is scheduled.

I have tried with different browser as well as the incognito mode:

but it will redirect me on exam register page and then it will stop there.

We would be happy to assist you . As per the record we can see that Microsoft exam AZ-400 is already been scheduled with this same email id from which you mailed us.

We would request you to try accessing scheduled appointments on your certification dashboard on Firefox or Google Chrome browser.

If you have trouble accessing your Microsoft certification dashboard while scheduling or accessing, a certification exam please contact Microsoft Certification Support with a confirmation email of the exam and a support moderator will assist within 24 hours.

If you have any further questions, please contact us again.
