combining accounts

how do I combine the individual Microsoft365 accounts my husband and I each have into a single account

You really can't combine two Microsoft accounts into one. Each is an entity unto itself.

You can certainly combine the files in the two individual OneDrives and the information in the two individual Contacts and Calendars, but you will have to do this manually. The two individual email accounts cannot be combined, even manually.
