MSXML update

Question

Hi All

i have below vulnerability detected on couple of servers.

Path : C:\windows\SysWOW64\msxml4.dll
File version : 4.30.2117.0
XML Core version : 4.0 Post SP3 (KB2758694)
EOL date : 2014/04/12

When i login to server i can below files. How do i download the latest version and install it.
i came across this url but i am not sure

Microsoft has released the security bulletin MS06-071. The security bulletin contains all the relevant information about the security update. This information includes file manifest information and deployment options.
