Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

- Are you able to send emails successfully?
- Is the affected email address a personal Microsoft account (for example, @outlook.com or @hotmail.com), or is it a work account (such as your company email address)?
*Send a test email from a different email account to the affected address and check whether it is delivered successfully. If you receive a bounce-back or error message, please copy the full error details and share them with us here.
Alternatively,
Go to https://outlook.live.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.
go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding and IMAP.
If your incoming emails are forwarded to another address, click 'Do not Forward'.
Then, go to Settings > Accounts > Storage.
See if you have enough storage space to send or receive emails.
