Recently we are facing issue on couple of iPhone 6 device which is enrolled in intune. We have pushed the Outlook app as a required app and the app gets installed. We are using MFA for authentication. user opens up the app and enter the email address it asks for user name and password then it ask for mfa code. Auth get successful and the get the Page expired - the page you are trying to access is no longer available. Below is the screenshot. The same user when trying with the latest iPhone it works fine with no issue. This issue occurs only on iPhone 6.

To conduct further researches on your issue, we may need your help to do some small tests to get more information about this issue.
Does this issue only happens in Outlook for IOS app? It is suggested to add your email account to other mail APP(such as Mail) on the same iphone 6 to see if the issue has any difference.
Besides, to check if this issue is related to intune, please try to remove this device from intune and see if this issue will still continues.

2020-08-11T07:29:10.48+00:00 We did try with re-enrollment removing the device from intune no luck. For same user outlook works fine on the higher version of the iPhone model. we bock the outlook access to non-enrolled devices. We allow on outlook app to be used for email configuration. Yes this issue is with only on iPhone 6. Please let me know if you need any other details.

I really tried a lot search about this issue, but could not found useful information related to this. If it can work fine in other email apps on the same iPhone 6 but have issues when using Outlook for iOS, then the key of your issue might be the Outlook for iOS in iPhone 6. Since here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and we know little about Outlook for mobile. To better solve your issue, it is suggested to post a new thread to the dedicated forum for Outlook for iOS for more information. -
