Outlook notification language issue

There is a bug when meetings reminder appears in not a system\app language. All necessary settings on my and admin side are correct. Some recipients notification are ok in Eng but some appears in Rus. Please let me know how to fix this

To determine if this is a Teams side problem, it is suggested to schedule a regular meeting(not Teams meeting) in Outlook client and then cancel the meeting. If some recipients still receive the notification with non-system\app language, it should more related to Exchange Online.

Besides, please verify if the sender’s system\app language is Russian in case this is the reason.

Sender’s app language is Russian

I did create regular meeting in Outlook client and then cancel the meeting. The language is fine.

According to your description, your results is random. It is a much more complicated problem to do the following troubleshooting.

I do the same test in my Outlook client. As a sender, my Outlook language is Japanese and receivers’ language is English. When I cancel the meeting, the receivers’ email shows in Japanese. The results are the same in the two kinds of meetings as below:

It seems no more efficient solution for this problem now.

To get a quick response, it's suggested to open a Service Request by refering to the Online support part in this link.

The engineer will try collecting your log file to analyze the cause accurately.
