To use Copilot Pro again after cancellation, a new active Copilot Pro subscription is required.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page using the same Microsoft account that previously had Copilot Pro: https://account.microsoft.com/services
    2. If Copilot Pro still appears there but shows as canceled or expiring, select Manage and follow the prompts to resubscribe or turn Recurring billing back on if that option is offered.
    3. If Copilot Pro no longer appears as an active subscription, purchase Copilot Pro again from the Copilot Pro purchase flow using that same Microsoft account.
    4. If Copilot Pro was originally purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, manage renewal directly through that store’s subscription settings. If needed, use:
    5. After renewal, sign into Microsoft 365 apps with that same account and, if Copilot does not appear, refresh the license:
      • In any Microsoft 365 app, go to File > Account > Update License, then restart the apps.

If renewal options are not visible or the subscription state looks incorrect, contact Microsoft Support from the Copilot Pro help page: Contact us.
