What you’re running into isn’t a glitch, it’s a sending limit kicking in on your account mainly because your account is flagged for high-volume sending. This is automatically done by the system and support cannot unblock it manually. You can try to send another email (test email only to see if it works) if still not, the temporary block is up to 12-24hrs before you can send again.
You need send 5–10 emails at a time and wait 10–15 minutes between batches. (If possible avoid identical mass emails)If you continue to send bulk emails the system can still flag you as spam and it will block you again.
