Organization Identity Verification failed without detail

I submitted a validation request for my organization, carefully ensuring that I used only business contact email addresses, and an address on file which matched my DUNS number. I then completed the full identify verification and ID check with Microsoft Authenticator, and successfully completed the verification steps sent by email. However, just a couple minutes after submitting that info, the status switched to "failed" without details. I doubt community can help with this, but would appreciate any insight or the escalation to a ticket.

    I think the “failed” result usually means the submitted organization details didn’t match the records used by the verification authority, and re‑submitting with the exact legal name and address or opening a support ticket becomes the right next step.
