Issue with private published app
Hi,
I have published a private Windows app on the Microsoft Store via Partner Center and I am experiencing an issue with the download button.
Here is my setup:
- The app is set to Private audience
- I have created a group and added specific Microsoft account email addresses to it
- The app is visible in the Microsoft Store app when signed in with an authorized account
- The submission was approved and has been live for more than 24 hours
- The system requirements are met on the device
The problem:
When an authorized user opens the Store app and navigates to the app page, they can see the app listing correctly, but the Download button does not work. Clicking it does nothing. There is also a banner at the top saying 'This product is currently not available. Try again later.'
What I have already tried:
- Waited more than 24 hours after the latest submission
- Resubmitted the app after adding users to the group
- Cleared the Store cache using wsreset.exe
- Signed out and back into the Store with the correct Microsoft account
- Restarted the PC
The app details:
- Built with Flutter for Windows desktop
- Package format: MSIX
- Architecture: X64
- Version: 1.0.1.0
- Visibility: Private audience with authorized accounts added via Partner Center group
Has anyone experienced this issue with private apps? Is there a known fix or workaround?
Thank you in advance.
