Hello,

Trying to reconnect and share this program with Vonda Paradise ******@hotmail.com, and it went to Vonda's email, but it said "Welcome, Steven Mercure!" instead. I do not know how you got my cousin Steven's email address, because I do not even have his new email on my computer. Please send a new share link to Vonda! I accidentally deleted her and need to put her back in!

Please help me.

Thank you,

Kye Paradise

Only the Microsoft 365 subscription account holder can share the subscription. Product keys cannot be used for sharing.

To re-share the Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Premium subscription correctly with Vonda’s email address:

  1. Sign in to the subscription holder’s Microsoft account at the Services and subscriptions page: Subscriptions on the Microsoft account dashboard.
  2. Confirm that the subscription is Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Premium and that there are shares remaining.
  3. Use the Share subscription option and enter only Vonda’s correct email address when sending the invitation.
  4. Ask Vonda to:
    • Check her inbox for the invitation email with “Microsoft 365” in the subject.
    • Check her junk/spam folder if it is not in the inbox.
    • Open the email and select Join now to join the Microsoft family group and accept the sharing.
  5. After Vonda selects Join now and completes the steps, the subscription dashboard should update to show her as a member and allow starting sharing with her.

If the invitation appears to reference another name (for example, Steven), ensure that:

  • The correct Microsoft account is used to send the share.
  • The correct recipient email is entered when sending the invite.
  • The recipient signs in with the Microsoft account that matches the email address the invite was sent to.

If sharing options are missing or not available, verify:

  • The subscription is active and is a Family or Premium plan.
  • The person is not already part of another shared Microsoft 365 Family/Premium subscription.

If issues persist (for example, invitations still show the wrong name or do not arrive), use the support options under Account & Billing Help or the general Microsoft support entry point provided in the references.
