PDF X not working

All of a sudden today my purchased PDF X isn't working, I can't even see documents with PDF - X only PDF reader and PDF documents the PDF X docs are missing. I tried RESET and REPAIR to no avail.

    Before we proceed, it's quite vague on what you described, so I cannot be sure where the issue come from, whether it is Windows or the app itself. Therefore, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understanding this.

    • May I know if there are any error message appears when you tried to open the app?
    • May I know if other apps are having the same issue?

    Sorry, but I'm not aware of a PDF X app developed by Microsoft. You'll need to contact the developer of your app for help.
