Visual Studio 2019 reinstall error

Yesterday I used VS2019 normally, but today the error message appears. And I have uninstalled and want to reinstall but after I download the installation file and install it, I get an error message.

And i run checking error, so it's not going to run, but it just stops at 41%

    After using dism to fix the windows update error, run Visual Studio installer, will you encounter an error? Has your operating system been updated to the latest version?

    If it still persists, we need the related logs to investigate further. Please download and run this collect.exe tool, go to %temp% folder and find the vslogs.zip file, upload it to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

    Update:
    Without the log file, we may not be able to find the cause of the problem. Could some software prevent the installation? Maybe you can contact your company's system administrator.
