    Hi Andy,

Did you make any changes like changing the password?

Try using the Webmail and let me know if you are able to check Emails here:

Follow these steps in classic Outlook and on the new PC to restore sending and receiving for the zippy-uk.com account:

    1. Check Outlook’s connection status
    • Look at the bottom status bar in Outlook.
    • If it shows Disconnected, Working Offline, or Trying to connect…, go to the Send/Receive tab on the ribbon.
    • In the Preferences group, select Work Offline once to toggle back online.
    • Then select Send/Receive to retry.
    1. Confirm the internet connection
    • Open Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
    • Browse to http://www.microsoft.com or http://www.bing.com.
    • If these do not load, fix the PC’s network first using the guidance in Fix network connection issues in Windows.
    1. Check for large stuck messages
    1. Verify password and account settings
    • If the email password was changed recently with the zippy-uk.com provider, update the same password in classic Outlook on the new PC.
    • If the password is unknown, reset it with the provider, then update Outlook. See Reset a forgotten Microsoft account password as an example of the reset process.
    1. Test for add‑in issues (safe mode)
    • Close Outlook.
    • Press the Windows key, type outlook.exe /safe, then press Enter.
    • In safe mode, try Send/Receive.
      • If it works in safe mode, create a new Outlook profile (step 6) and use that going forward.
    1. Repair or recreate the Outlook profile
    1. Repair Outlook and data files
    1. Check antivirus email scanning
    • Some antivirus products block email when they detect a problem.
    • Temporarily disable email scanning in the antivirus (not the entire protection, if possible) or contact the antivirus vendor’s help desk, as suggested in the Outlook guidance.
    1. Re-add the account on the phone
    • Since mail also stopped on the phone, remove the zippy-uk.com account from the phone’s mail app and add it again using the correct server, port, and security settings from the zippy-uk.com mail provider.

If, after these steps, error codes like those listed in the Outlook article (0x80042108, 0x800ccc0e, 0x80042109, 0x8004210a, etc.) still appear, contact the zippy-uk.com email/hosting provider or ISP to confirm the correct POP/IMAP/SMTP server names, ports, and SSL/TLS requirements and update them in Outlook.
