where do I find my product code so that my wife and sons can use the family subscription that I have paid for.

You do not need to product code, that is only used initially when you activate your Microsoft 365 Family subscription, after that the Office licence is linked to your Microsoft account as a digital licence.

The full process to share a Microsoft 365 subscription with family members is provided on this link, you basically share your licence with a family member, then send them a share link, they can then use that link to install Office on their devices using their own Microsoft account, then each family members data is kept separate and each member will have their own 1TB of OneDrive storage.

For a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, a product key is normally only used once at purchase/redeem time. After that, sharing is done with Microsoft accounts, not with a product code.

To let wife and sons use the Family subscription:

1. Go to the Microsoft account dashboard for services and subscriptions: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to buy or redeem the Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
3. Under the Microsoft 365 Family subscription, use the sharing option (for example, “Share” or “Share your subscription”) to invite family members by their email addresses.
4. Each family member accepts the invitation and signs in with their own Microsoft account; they do not need a product key.

If the subscription was originally redeemed with a physical product key card, that key is no longer needed once it has been associated with the Microsoft account.
