I am not receiving my emails. I have not received any emails in 2 days, where I normally receive 20 per day. Is there an issue with my Account that I need to rectify?

If your emails stopped appearing all of sudden, it's better to check spam/junk folders, available space or if the service is still syncing.

If the webmail also doesn't show any new messages, it could be a problem with the account or with the provider service.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you using Outlook web, Outlook New or Classic for Windows/Mac, or the Outlook mobile app?
    2. Is this happening on one device or on all your devices?
    3. Have you checked if Focused Inbox is turned on and if your emails might be going to the Other tab instead of the main Inbox?

In the meantime, I recommend checking out this Microsoft support article:

    Check any Outlook rules:

    • In https://outlook.live.com/mail go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Rules and Mail > Forwarding to make sure no one has set up rules to forward or delete your messages.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

Click "Add comment" below to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
