I posted earlier about this, can no one help at all? Someone has stolen my account, years of family photos, all my files. I can't seem to find a number to call or an email to write to.

I have proof with subscriptions I am the account holder but I can't recover the account as it's saying it doesn't exist but I can see it does under the new email address as I took a photo of it.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ADVISE!

Unfortunately, it will not help since the security info has been changed.

Please be advised that Microsoft Support will not be able to assist you with manual recovery, unblock, and escalation for this case, as stated in this article, that they are not permitted to send password resets, access, or even change any details on the account: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

If attacker changed the username and password for your Microsoft account, they now own that account. They likely also changed the recovery email and recovery phone number.

Under these circumstances I am very sorry to say that you will never get that account back. The thief knows everything about you that was in the account, so it's no longer possible to distinguish between your thief and you.

What you need to worry about now - and I mean it - is protecting your identity on the internet.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address, which is why you received the error account doesn't exist when signing in.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
