First, it's important to determine what type of license you have associated with your computer.
- Type "'Command Prompt" in the Search Bar > Right-click on the app > Select ''Run as administrator''.
- Type, or copy and paste, the command below > Press Enter.
slmgr.vbs /dlv
- In “Product Key Channel” it will show if your license is OEM, Retail, Volume... > Please send me the result.
Also, please answer:
- Did you purchase the license from a Microsoft website or store, or from third-party websites or retailers?
- Did your license come pre-installed on your computer when you purchased it?
- Have you recently changed any other components besides your hard drive, such as the motherboard?
- Have you changed any BIOS settings or performed any updates?
The error code indicates a hardware change. Knowing the license type and other details are necessary to diagnose the problem.
