    Hi,

Backup utilities in Windows 10+ are deprecated and are not being actively maintained. Microsoft and I recommend using a 3rd party utility.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deploy...

System Image Backup (SIB) Solution We recommend that users use full-disk backup solutions from other vendors.

Veeam is a pretty good option which is free of cost:

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Otherwise, if your problem is resolved, please take a moment to rate the answer. Wishing you good luck!

Error 0x81000019 is a Windows Backup error indicating a problem with creating or using the shadow copy (VSS) on one of the volumes being backed up.

To address this type of issue, use these steps in order:

    1. Ensure that the volume being backed up has sufficient free space for shadow copies.
    2. Remove any unnecessary restore points or shadow copies on that volume to free space.
    3. Rerun the backup using Windows Backup and Restore, avoiding problematic libraries or locations if they are involved.
    4. If the error persists, review the backup configuration and exclude specific libraries or folders that may be causing VSS issues, then try again.

If the backup still fails, further investigation of the volume’s shadow copy status and VSS configuration is required.
