Hi

I have changed my legal name, but I'm unable to change it in my learn profile, I'm send to some business support think on an Azure tenant, but no option to change my name and when I order a certification it transfers my profile name and seems like it's the name expected on the presented ID

Business support is the correct support location

If you do not see Microsoft Credentials selected against Product, create an account on the Engage Center Hub and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentialssupport again. Try using Incognito/InPrivate mode of your browser

Your Azure tenant has been disabled which is unrelated to this issue and you also need to resolve that - I suggest that you create another question mentioning the aadsts5000225 error

Try another email address, there is nothing that can be done with your current email account until you resolve your disabled Azure tenant.

How would another email address make me able to change my name for the account attached to this email?

It would help you create a support ticket

There is nothing more that community forum can assist you with, no one here has access to Microsoft's support or internal systems
