Hi, I just joined Azure and can not login for some reason. It says that I'm logged in but an error page comes up in a blue box. Has anyone had this problem?

Try the following steps in order and test sign-in after each step:

    1. Use a different browser or a private/incognito window to open the Azure portal (for example, in Edge use New InPrivate window, in Chrome use Incognito mode) and sign in again.
    2. Clear browser cache and cookies:
      • Edge: SettingsPrivacy and ServicesClear browsing data. Select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies, and Cached images and files, then Delete.
      • Chrome: SettingsPrivacy and SecurityClear browsing data.
    3. If multiple Microsoft accounts are used in the same browser, sign out of all accounts, clear cookies as above, then sign in only with the Azure account.
    4. If the portal loads but shows No subscriptions found, check the directory selection:
      • In the Azure portal, select the account icon at the top-right → Switch directory and choose the correct directory.
      • If the correct directory is already selected and the error persists, the account might not have sufficient permissions and needs to be added as an Owner on a subscription.
    5. If the sign-in error is shown on a login.microsoftonline.com page with a blue error box saying “Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in,” capture the error code from the page source (search for HR=) and then contact Microsoft technical support with that code.

If none of these steps resolve the issue or the error page persists, create a support request from the Azure help channels so support can review the specific sign-in error.
