Broken tasks

My "explore on bing" tasks are broken. It doesn't registered as completed and don't give the point even though i already did it. There 12 and only 1 register as completed. Im missing 110 points. Please add the missing points into my account.

Microsoft Q&A cannot access or modify user accounts, and we are not able to add, adjust, or restore Microsoft Rewards points. All task progress and point calculations are handled entirely by the Microsoft Rewards service on the server side.

When “Explore on Bing” tasks only register partially (for example, 1 out of 12), this usually happens due to how the Rewards system validates searches. Common causes include:

Server‑side delays or task evaluation errors

Explore on Bing tasks are known to occasionally stop updating or register only a few completions.

Searches performed too quickly

If many searches are done in a short time, the system may treat them as automated activity and mark them as ineligible for points.

Search queries that do not meet Rewards criteria

Repeated or meaningless queries, single characters, or similar patterns may not count as valid searches.

These behaviors cannot be fixed from the user side, and Microsoft Q&A cannot investigate or adjust account‑specific point issues.

Microsoft Rewards points or task completions cannot be adjusted directly.

When search- or explore-based tasks are not registering, common causes include:

1. Not being signed in with the correct Microsoft account while using Bing or the Rewards entry point.
2. Hitting the daily search/points cap for the device or account, in which case additional searches or task actions will not be credited until the counter resets.
3. Using automated tools (bots, macros, scripts, or emulators) or a VPN/connection that makes activity appear outside the registered market, which can prevent points from being awarded and may violate program policy.
4. Browser data not syncing correctly with the Rewards service.

To resolve issues with broken tasks or missing points and to request an account-specific review, contact Microsoft Rewards Support so the Rewards team can check the account and activity in detail:
