The Copilot task pane is located on the right-hand side of your screen in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and web browsers.

If Copilot is telling you to download an image from the "card" above but you cannot see it, it is likely that the panel did not render properly or the pane is closed.

    • Check the Top-Right Corner: In Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, click the Copilot icon on the Home tab ribbon to open the pane on the right side.
    • Edge Browser: Click the Copilot icon in the top-right corner of the Edge browser window.
    • Windows 11: Click the Copilot icon in the bottom-right corner of the taskbar (near the time/date).
    • Web Access: Go to m365.cloud.microsoft/chat in a browser to see the full, web-based panel.
