I booked an exam appointment for Thursday the 7th of this month, but when I tried to take the exam, my camera wasn't compatible. I was asked to schedule another appointment for the 9th of this month at 9:15 PM. When I tried to log in, I couldn't find the exam in Credentials and couldn't access it. I need help.
