Can't play multiplayer

Whenever I try to play in multiplayer mode, it shows You can't play because of how your account is set up.

    Please access the link below: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/user/settings/privacy-and-safety?xr=mebarnav

    Log in with your Microsoft account > after logging in, go to the Online Security tab, then to Xbox and Windows 10 devices and enable the options.

    Now, I must remind you that if you are on the Microsoft Family Plan and you are a child, your parents or guardians must complete the procedure for authorization.
