Terraria installation problems using xbox app.

I am trying to install terraria on pc but all I get is cloud gaming/streaming how do I fix this. As I am having a limited experience with cloud streaming with bas graphics, delayed responses. This hasn't happened with games that required more computing power than terraria.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you are trying to install Terraria on your PC through the Xbox app but only see the cloud gaming/streaming option instead of a local install.

To help identify the fastest resolution, please confirm the following:

Are you trying to install Terraria through Xbox Game Pass, or do you own it separately (for example via Microsoft Store or Steam)?
When you open Terraria in the Xbox app, do you see an Install button at all, or only Play via cloud?

For your first question yes it only have terraria through the Xbox gamepass

i only see the cloud play option when I open terraria in the store

Hello omega21314,

If it’s only cloud-based gaming, then maybe your GamePass doesn’t include the PC version. In order to play it, you might have to purchase the game on the Microsoft Store. And if you have GamePass for Xbox, then the game will be available on Xbox console.
